How long will it take to get my order?

Allow four weeks from the time you place your order to receive the items. We make each item as ordered since you can pick any combination of fabric or cording that you like. If your order will take longer for any reason, we will contact you.

If you have special needs such as a gift, an impending baby, or other decor emergency, call us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Help! I don't know where to start!

1. Start with something simple as your starting point:

  • Do you want the color of the walls to stay the same and just change out the fabrics?

  • Are you in love with a certain fabric and want to do your room around it?

  • Do you have a chair that your mother forbade you to recover and so you need to work your room around it?

2. Call or email us for help.

3. If you aren't ready to take the plunge on redoing your room, order some pillows and see how you like them in the room.

Will you make any of these items with my fabric?

I don't understand what you are talking about cording...

Cording is the tubular-shaped decorative detailing around a pillow, for example.

The first item you pick when you are purchasing from us is the base fabric, either a print or a solid. Next you select the cording, which is the accent fabric around the pillow or slipcover. You can also select "self cording", which is fancy for "use the same fabric for the cording as you do for the base".

I want a slipcover for a chair that isn't shown on the site. Will you make that for me?

Well, it depends. If it is a chair that we can get a hold of, possibly. Unfortunately, if it is a thrift store find or a hand-me-down, we won't be able to make a pattern for it without flying to your house. And honestly, I don't think you would want that. Because I might stay for awhile.

Anyway, if it is a piece of furniture that is available nationally or you have an existing slipcover to use as a pattern we will quote you a custom slipcover price for that piece.

Do you sell curtains?

Not yet, but hang tight. We plan to add standard curtain panels to our site as well as shower curtains.

I want to see these fabrics in person. How do I do that?

Order one of our swatch books, which we sell by collection. It will contain 6" x 6" swatches of all the fabrics in that collection for $10 to 15. And we'll include a coupon for that amount off your order. See how that works? If you end up ordering something, you get the swatch book for free.

How do I care for these wonderful creations?

All the fabrics have been treated with a soil repellant when they were printed, so if you spill liquid on them, wipe it up quickly with an absorbent towel and you should be fine. You can wash these fabrics, though just like your favorite shirt, they will not look newer with each washing. If you must wash it because of an all out disastrous spill, use cold water, a mild detergent, and tumble dry on low. For the slipcovers and pillow covers, put the covers back on slightly damp and they'll stretch back into shape easier.

Why, certainly. Just email us and let us know your name and order numbers and we'll ship them together. We'll adjust your orders to charge you only for shipping shown on the jcaroline home order. There may also be a bonus prize for excessive use of the word "awesome".
