There are 3 ways you can contact us:

  • by phone at 866-522-7654 (Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Central Time, Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm)

  • by mail at 1790 W Sam Houston Pkwy N; Houston, TX 77043 (this method is not recommended as it is much slower than the other two)

When you contact us, make sure you include a way to contact you (preferably an email address and a phone number) so we can get back to you.

If you have not heard back from a phone message or email within 2 business days, please contact us again as they may have been a problem. Just remember that we are not here on the weekends and a few holidays!
